Stacks and Layers is a boutique production company helmed by filmmakers Alisa Lipsitt and Randy Randall (guitarist for L.A-based art-punk band No Age). Enmeshed in L.A.’s dynamic punk scene, the team seeks to uncover unexpected intersections of music, art, and film in cultural communities everywhere.
